Because I offer a personalised bookkeeping service based on your needs I can either do a basic level review and share advice with you on IRD compliance and tax rules or alternatively I can complete the entire GST return preparation and filing on your behalf, the choice is yours.

With my years of experience servicing clients all over NZ I will keep on top of your daily bookkeeping, such as bank reconciliation, loading invoices and expense claims. Payroll and PAYE

Whether you have 2 employees or 30, I can make sure your employees and PAYE are paid correctly and on time by assisting with employee onboarding, timesheets, payroll processing, IRD filing, PAYE reconciliation and filing. Also, I can set up payroll software to make this process seamless.

I can recommend and setup accounting software and provide one-off training or on-going support tailored to your level of skill or requirements. I am a Xero certified advisor but work with MYOB and other software too.

I'm Karley.

I offer a personalised and friendly one-on-one bookkeeping service by working directly with you to understand your business needs. You may need a little support as you do the bulk of the bookkeeping yourself or you may need a lot as you are time poor or don’t know where to start.

My experience, accuracy and efficiency will ensure your financial records are always up to date so you can be tax ready and have an accurate financial dashboard of where your business is at.

I am based south of New Plymouth in Oakura, Taranaki but offer a bookkeeper service New Zealand wide thanks to cloud-based software and digital technology.
